There is a breakage deposit of £150 (£200 for bookings of more than 2 people or longer than 3 weeks and bookings from outside the UK), payable prior to arrival, this will be refunded as soon as possible after departure, subject to no major damage during guests stay, or any anti-social-behaviour that results in us, the owners, being fined under Abril community rules
