We have just returned from a short stay at this wonderful apartment and complex (& wished we could have stayed longer!). The apartment is bright, spacious and has everything you need (not to mention a huge roof terrace and a lovely little balcony to sit out on having a morning coffee). The complex is maintained beautifully with a fabulous large swimming pool (and smaller children's pool). Whilst the complex is situated in a quiet location the beach is only a 10 minute walk away (as is the supermarket, strip of great restaurants and bars) and there is a great restaurant (The Garden Bar & Grill) just across the road. The communication and information from the owners was excellent and they were also extremely accommodating and were able to give us an early check-in/late check-out. I would definitely recommend this apartment and if my family and I were in the area then we would have no hesitation in booking again!

This apartment has everything you need for a great holiday, it's a very peaceful location but close to all amenities. I'd like to thank Gary and Louise for the communication from start to finish and would recommend their apartment to anyone, thanks for a great stay.

Nice and clean apartment. The location is ok, about a km from beach and centre. We had good contact with the owners. In the apartment is a lot of information about the apartment and about Los Alcazares.

From the minute we booked the accommodation the information received from the owners was 2nd to none down to the very fine detail,the apartment was spotlessly clean and all the extras that you would wish for to enjoy your holiday ,ideal location close to the strip and the beach ,would definitely recommend

Great location, walking distance to some lovely restaurants and bars. Everything you need in apartment, lovely comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and nice balcony to enjoy a glass or two wine on.

The flat was as nice as on the pictures and it was well maintained and really clean. We absolutely loved the balcony and the rooftop terrace. We had access to a swimming pool of a decent size which was great. The apartment had all of the things that we needed from a picnic bag to towels to books and DVDs. The kitchen has everything you need. The fridge and freezer are big enough to store enough food for a week. The flat has two bedrooms but as we were only two we only used the main bedroom but the apartment is really spacious so a family would be really happy spending their holidays there. Our flight was delayed and the host was really nice as they waited for us to give us the keys. They stayed up late to greet us and showed us around the apartment. Also, really appreciated that they texted us a few days in our stay to check that everything was okay and asked if we needed anything.

We had a lovely relaxing stay in this beautiful and well equipped apartment. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk away from a great selection of bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the old town with lovely traditional Spanish bars but far enough away to ensure total peace and quiet when you want it . The balcony catches the afternoon sun and over looks the beautiful clean pool and the large roof terrace with its full sun canopy is a great space to relax. As soon as we got home we contacted Gary and Louise to try and book our next stay ...we'll be back .

The apartment is very clean, well equipt and comfortable. It is conveniently located for beach, superb restaurants and bars, the Old Town is beautiful.

We were able to sit out on the balcony overlooking the pool even in January with tempretures of around 20 deg. The roof terrace would be wonderful in summer.

The high standard of furnishing and other equipment as well as bedding and towels was good and it was nice to have a balcony overlooking the pool .A great place to have breakfast in the mornings!! The roof terrace is very spacious and fully equipped wlth plenty of chairs and sunloungers. It catches the Sun all day, but if shade is required there is an awning as well as umbrellas.It is in a small complex not far from shops or beach. The people living on site and neighbours were all friendly. Both Gary and Louise provided excellent service and back up if and when required as well as Fiona and Mike who met us at the airport and provided us with small welcome pack of essentials that we ordered as we arrived on a night flight. Also, it was nice to start our holiday with a large bottle of Cava!! Very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to come back to this clean and airy apartment again in the future. Keith and Wendy.

Fantastic appartment, real home from home. All the extras like beach chairs add to a great place to stay and within easy walking distance of beach and restaurants. Small complex with well kept gardens and a lovely swimming pool just below the balcony. Overall couldn't have wished for a better place to stay.

Amazing modern apartment just the right distance from town to chill out, but a quick stroll to the beach and restaurants and bars. I’ve stayed in a villa in the location last year but I much preferred my stay here. The owners were extremely friendly and very helpful. I can’t recommend this apartment enough and I’m hoping I can get to stay here again soon.

We booked this apartment as we love the area. It is an easy and flat walk to all the many restaurants of Los Alcazares, and the beach and beautiful beach bars.

The apartment has everything you need. Very importantly it is clean and well maintained. The space on the terrace is beautiful - hot in August but the awning was very welcome, I imagine in January this area comes into its own.
